In order to use EmailMerge365, you will need a Microsoft work or school account. Our plugin works in Outlook for the Desktop (Windows and Mac) and Outlook for the Web. Microsoft 365 Home and Outlook.com accounts are also supported.
All emails sent through EmailMerge365 are sent through your mailbox, not from Standss servers. Only user license information is stored on Standss servers.
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid.

EmailMerge365 requires specific permissions to function effectively within your Microsoft Outlook account. These permissions are necessary for the following activities:
- Mail.ReadWrite: Allows the application to read and modify your emails. This is essential for drafting and preparing your personalized email merges.
- Mail.Send: Enables the application to send emails on your behalf, ensuring your merged emails are delivered to the intended recipients.
- User.Read: Grants the application access to your user profile information, which is necessary for identifying your account and customizing your experience.
- Contacts.Read: Allows the application to read your contacts, enabling it to pull in recipient information for your email merges.
All the data required ensures EmailMerge365 can perform its core functions, such as creating, customizing, and sending merged emails directly from your Outlook account.
The free add-in is ideal for individuals who only need to deliver a few emails at a time. The paid plan is a great tool for professional use, providing a number of additional features, including the ability to create unlimited emails, schedule for later, and save templates.
The unpaid plan allows you to generate up to 10 emails per mail merge campaign, while the paid plan offers unlimited emails. Please note that a promotional banner will be included in your messages on the unpaid plan.
